PROJECT SCHEDULING

We do critical path scheduling. We meet with the client
and determine their needs and project turnover dates.
We then build out a waterfall course of construction to
determine which trades lie on the critical path and how
much project float we have. We schedule our trades
accordingly; this process occurs several weeks/months
before project commencement to ensure minimal schedule
slippage.
